Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Custom Items: Please allow 5 to 15 days for custom orders to be processed depending on the level of customization and cure time. Items will be shipped as soon as they are ready. If we have a high volume of orders, the process time may take longer. We will notify you directly if your order will exceed 10 days.
Stock items: Stock items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the time your order was received.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom Items: There are no returns, exchange or refunds for custom items. Please inspect your order prior to use. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us at taylormadeltdco@outlook.com with a picture of the damage and we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

Stock Items: You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us at taylormadeltdco@outlook.com with a picture of the damage.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS IS NON REFUNDABLE.
